Our Culture…

veterinarian near me, carmel road animal hospital

As a new client of Carmel Road Animal Hospital, My Charlotte Veterinarian, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs. Once you walk through our doors, we will treat you like an extended family. Because to us, you are.  And that is reflected in every single thing we do. From longer appointment times, to more time spent with your doctor, to the way we care for your pet… we do things differently here. We believe you and your pet are true individuals. We take the time to understand your pet’s unique factors- biology, behavior, environment, and lifestyle. Once we got to know you, and look deeply into your pet’s health, we can help you chart the best possible course to keep your pet happy, healthy, and by your side.

Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible. We pride ourselves on having a team that comes in because that is their passion, who feels happy and fulfilled, and we genuinely enjoys working with pets and clients.  The people here don’t come in to collect a paycheck. They come in to change lives. Let’s change yours.

Our Commitment…
